Which grade are you in? 7th grade. What’s your experience with The Webber Weekly? This is my second year. I’m back! Why did you decide to join Newspaper Club? Because Miss Young is a fire teacher and this was so fun. I missed Miss Young! What’s a fun fact about yourself? I can make my tongue the shape of an upside down heart and a bowl. What’s your favorite book? The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein. What’s your favorite thing to write about? Jokes or interviews.

Why did you decide to join Newspaper Club? I joined, because my wonderful students asked me to help start this club! What’s a fun fact about yourself? I love type II fun, coffee, and poetry! Running, cycling, swimming, and hiking are some of my favorites. What’s your favorite book? I love anything by Mary Oliver, Ada Limón, and Joy Harjo! What’s your favorite thing to write about? I love to write poetry, reflections about life, teaching and learning, noticings of the world, and informational pieces.
