First off, we all have different hair types, so do not judge anyone for their appearances.
First, there is curly. It might be difficult to brush, or you might not even brush it at all, but here are some tips that I found for you. “While it is wet, preferably in the shower with conditioner or a leave-in treatment to avoid frizz and breakage.” Also, avoid brushing curly hair when it’s dry. Feel free to use hair detangling products like the Fructis line to make the process less arduous.
Then, there’s straight hair. “Use a high-quality ceramic or tourmaline flat iron, paired with a heat protectant spray.”
From prep work in the shower to finishing touches, these rules of thumb give you the best way to straighten hair:
- Use a deep conditioning treatment
- Prep for straight hair in the shower
- Dry your hair thoroughly
- Use the right brush
- Use heat protectant
- Monitor your temperature
- Take it one section at a time
Also, tips for wavy hair: “Wavy hair (Type 2) is incredibly versatile for fun styling. Embrace your texture with the “pinch and roll” method for defined S-shapes, try messy buns/half-knots, add boho-chic side braids, or use temporary color wax to experiment. Utilize claw clips for effortless updos and boost volume with mousse or volumizing foam.”
