Several staff writers from The Webber Weekly interviewed various members of the Dungeons and Dragons club, better known as D & D, about their experiences.
An 8th grader named Devin shared, “I decided to join the D & D club, because I thought it would be fun to have a troll character. Also, I have been playing for a while and it would be fun to do it with my friends, too. My favorite character is named Jose. Jose uses viscous mockery. Also, what makes Jose so distinct is he wears a shirt with an S on it.”
Another student named Jace in 7th grade shared, “I decided to join the D & D club because I like D & D. I’m good but wanting to get better. Also I like being the narrator of it. My favorite characters in D & D are wizards.”
An 8th grader named Ireland said, “I decided to join the D & D club because I have been playing for about two years now, and I have had lots of fun playing it. My favorite character is Freya. What makes Freya so distinct is that she is a tiefling.”
Last, a 6th grader named Baer shared, “I decided to join the D & D club, because I have watched stranger things before and it looked fun to try it out. My favorite character is Beast.What is so distinct about him is he can shape shift into animals, and he is also part crow.”
